before this i was using a basic drip machine and it was okay but nothing special now with this merol machine my morning coffee is a whole new level it worked right away after i figured out the settings and the taste is extremely better than what i had before it feels like having a cafe at home without the hassle i compared it to some other brands i saw online and this one seems more reliable and user friendly especially for someone like me who isnt too techy my kid even enjoys the hot chocolate i make with the frother and our dog doesnt mind the noise either overall im extremely satisfied and it fits well with my routine as an engineer who values efficiency
- Pros: the pump really pulls out all the flavor from the beans making each cup taste rich and full the grinder adjusts easily so i can get the texture i want for different drinks and it heats up super fast almost no wait time which is great for busy mornings cleaning is simple with parts that come out easily and the water tank is easy to refill without moving the whole machine
- Cons: it seems a bit bulky on the counter and the screen could be brighter in low light also the milk frother takes some practice to get perfect foam and the initial setup had a few confusing steps but nothing major
