as a retired bloke who likes to tinker with my car, i was fairly skeptical about this part, but it's done the job well. i installed it myself in an afternoon—no special tools needed, just some basic wrenching. the fuel gauge works spot on now, no more guessing or sudden stalls. it's made my drives much safer, and i appreciate that. not perfect, but for the money and ease, it's a good buy. would recommend to others with similar vehicles, just be ready for a minor adjustment during install. cheers! 😊
- Pros: the delivery was quick, and it was fairly easy to install, just plug-and-play for my old land cruiser. it gives accurate readings now, so i always know how much fuel i have left, which is a huge relief. built tough, seems durable for my occasional off-road trips.
- Cons: from what i feel, it's a bit pricey for what it is, and i had to fiddle with the connections a bit to get it seated properly. not a perfect fit out of the box, which was disappointing for something marketed as a direct replacement.
