As a gift buyer for my family with multiple kids safety is a big deal so I chose this HappybuySE sensor after a small accident to keep things safe it seemed to work as intended when the pro put it in and calibrated it but I'm not fully happy because I prefer doing things myself and the need for professional help and ongoing checks makes me uneasy it does its job well from what I can tell but I wish it were more DIY friendly overall it's quite effective but the installation process and maintenance requirements hold it back from being perfect
- Pros: The delivery was quick and it fit perfectly in my Honda HR-V just like the original part no guesswork needed which is quite reassuring for safety stuff I liked that it seemed to detect impacts fast and communicate with the car's systems to help protect passengers as it should
- Cons: I had to get a pro to install it which added extra cost and time and it makes me a bit unhappy that I can't handle it myself even with manuals being helpful also I need to check it regularly for issues which feels like extra hassle and makes me cautious about long term reliability
