before I got this I was always guessing if my fridge was cold enough especially after a power outage or when the weather changes now I can check it without letting all the cold air out and it helps me feel a bit more at ease about food safety for my family but its not perfect I wish it had some way to warn me if things get too warm overall its a simple tool that does what it says but nothing extra
- Pros: I can say for sure it gives a clear readout without opening the door which saves on energy and helps keep food fresh longer fairly easy to use just place it inside and it shows the temperature instantly
- Cons: it could be wrong if not placed right needs to be away from the door for accurate readings and it doesnt do much else just shows numbers no alerts or anything fancy
