First impression when I got this for my grandkids it looked like a proper workhorse and it has held up well over a few weeks of use. The way it moves with that twisting motion is engaging for the children and they enjoy the light show but I notice it takes some getting used to for balance. As someone who appreciates solid builds from my automotive interests I can say the frame is robust but the weight might be an issue for smaller ones. Overall it seems a decent choice for active play but not without its flaws.
- Pros: The scooter seems very sturdy with its strong metal build and the wheels handle bumps well without shaking. I liked that the handlebar adjusts easily as my kids grow and it folds up small for storage which is handy. The lights on the back wheels are a nice touch making it visible in low light and adding fun for the little ones.
- Cons: It seems a bit heavy for younger kids to manage on their own and the folding mechanism can be stiff at times requiring some effort. The foot pedal while non-slip could be larger for better stability and the handbrake feels a bit weak not stopping as quickly as I'd prefer.
