I've been using this ZCJ scooter for a couple of weeks now, and it's been a mixed bag. As a freelancer, I needed something portable for short commutes, and it arrived on time, which was great. The folding mechanism is simple and makes storage a breeze in my small space. I appreciate the battery life; it gets me through most of the day without needing a charge, perfect for my book errands and meetings. However, the smart features through the app are hit or miss—sometimes it connects fine, other times it just won't respond, which is annoying when I want to adjust things. The build feels sturdy, but on Mumbai's uneven streets, the ride isn't as smooth as I hoped, and I wish it had a bit more power for quicker trips. Overall, it's decent for the price, but I expected better from a brand I usually trust.
- Pros: The scooter is fairly awesome for getting around Mumbai, folding easily so I can carry it up to my flat without hassle. The battery lasts long enough for my daily trips, and it handles hills better than I expected. I feel safe with the dual brakes and the waterproofing is a nice touch for the monsoon season.
- Cons: From what I feel, the app control is a bit fiddly and not always reliable, which is frustrating. The ride can be a bit bumpy on rough roads despite the tires, and the warranty terms are confusing with different coverages for parts. It's not as fast as I'd like on the highest setting.
