i picked this up as a gift for a friend's kid, and it was a hit at first. the way it lights up and makes noise is entertaining, and the pole makes it easy to handle. but after a few uses, it started to feel a bit flimsy, and the sounds aren't very varied. it's fun for a short time, but i wouldn't rely on it for long-term play. overall, it's a decent toy for occasional fun, but don't expect too much from it.
