As an engineer, I did my research before buying this RifePhi watch, and it's been okay for the few weeks I've used it. I mainly got it to monitor my health since I'm getting older and want to keep an eye on things. The screen is clear and easy to navigate, which is great when I'm out taking photos or just going about my day. It's nice that it alerts me to messages and calls, and the waterproofing came in handy during a rainy walk. But honestly, the health tracking is hit or miss – the blood pressure numbers jump around a lot, making me question their accuracy. The battery life is decent but not amazing; I have to charge it every couple of days, which is a bit annoying. For the price, it's stylish and has some useful features, but I wouldn't fully trust it for serious health monitoring. It's a fun gadget, but not a must-have.
