However, I've noticed that the health metrics aren't always spot-on; for instance, the sleep tracking sometimes says I slept well when I know I was up half the night, so I take it with a grain of salt. The reminders to move and drink water are helpful, but they can feel a bit naggy after a while. Overall, it's a decent device that adds value to my life, but it's not perfect—I'd recommend it with some reservations, as it could be better in terms of accuracy and ease of use with the voice features. :)
