Before getting this ring, I used a basic pedometer and had to manually track things, which was a hassle. Now, having something on my finger that tracks activity and sleep is convenient, but it's not a huge improvement. The sleep analysis was interesting but not very detailed, and I found myself double-checking the data with other methods. It's okay for casual use, but if you're serious about fitness, it might not be accurate enough. I could be wrong, but it feels like it's more for style than substance. The gesture controls were neat but not something I used often, and the find feature did help once when I misplaced it. Overall, it's a decent gadget, but it didn't wow me or change my routine much.
- Pros: I liked how it looked on my finger, blending in with my other jewelry and not standing out too much. It was comfortable to wear all day, even during workouts, and I appreciated that it could handle sweat and a bit of water without issues. The battery lasted a good while, so I didn't have to charge it constantly, and the screen showed useful info like my steps and heart rate easily.
- Cons: The accuracy wasn't great; sometimes it counted steps when I was just sitting, and the heart rate readings felt off compared to what I expected. The touchscreen could be finicky, not always responding when I swiped, and the app integration was clunky, making it hard to sync data smoothly. For the price, I thought it could be more reliable, and the size options didn't fit perfectly, so it felt a bit loose at times.
