Before buying this as a gift for my toddler, I expected something more robust based on the description, but after using it for a couple of weeks, I'm disappointed. The magnetic strength is insufficient for anything beyond basic shapes, and it doesn't hold up well with my energetic kids. It gets a bit warm during play, which makes me nervous about safety, and while it's easy to carry around, the pieces still manage to get lost under furniture. From what I feel, it's not worth the price for the limited educational value and durability issues :)
