before i got this i was always fumbling with keys especially after a long day at work and it was a hassle with my partner and family coming over now it's way better just a quick touch and we're in but it's not perfect i had a similar lock before that had a wider range for phone control and this one falls short there installation was straightforward for me but i heard it might not work for everyone the fingerprint reader is decent but occasionally it misses or takes a second which is annoying for the price it's a decent mid-ranger as it seemed to me offering good security and ease but it could be improved with better connectivity and reliability overall it's a step up from traditional locks but not the best out there
- Pros: the convenience of unlocking with just a touch is a game-changer no more digging for keys and it feels solid with that metal build the app lets me manage access easily and adding multiple prints for family was smooth peace of mind with the support and return policy is a nice touch
- Cons: it only works close by with the phone connection which can be limiting and the setup while easy might not fit all doors perfectly sometimes it feels too sensitive or slow to respond and the design options are a bit limited compared to others i've seen
