My first impression was that this lock seemed promising for a gift, given its sleek design and the idea of keyless entry. But after using it for a couple of weeks, I'm very disappointed. It frequently doesn't open with my touch, which is frustrating and makes me question its security. The phone app is slow and sometimes doesn't connect at all, so remote access is hit or miss. Most likely, it's not worth the hassle for someone like me who travels and needs dependable things. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.
