as a teacher in la, i bought this on a whim because i thought it'd make life easier, but it's just okay. i use it for turning off lights or small gadgets, and it's fun to show off to my kid, but it's not a game-changer. packaging is fine, nothing special. a tip: make sure your phone is close by for it to work better. overall, it does the job but could be improved. not sure i'd buy it again, but it's decent for the price. :)
- Pros: it's quite handy for controlling stuff from my couch or bed without getting up, and the setup was easy with the app. i like that it works with voice commands, so i can just tell it what to do when i'm feeling lazy. the design is sleek and doesn't stand out much, which is nice for keeping things tidy.
