I bought this on a whim, thinking it would upgrade my morning routine, but it's been a letdown. As someone who likes to tinker with gadgets, I was excited, but the performance is hit or miss. A tip I found is to pre-heat everything longer than the manual says, but even then, it's not great. The delivery was delayed a day, but that was fine—the real issue is the machine itself. It doesn't live up to the hype, and for the price, I expected better. I wouldn't recommend it to friends; it's just not reliable enough for daily use.
- Pros: It heats up quickly, which is nice when I'm in a rush. The grinder has many options, so I can adjust how fine the grounds are, and it's very quiet, almost whisper quiet. The water tank is easy to remove and fill, and it doesn't take up too much space on my counter.
- Cons: From what I feel, the pressure isn't consistent—sometimes the coffee comes out weak, other times it's too strong. The milk frother doesn't get hot enough to make good foam, and it's messy to use. The included tools feel cheap, and cleaning is a hassle because parts don't fit well. It's VERY loud when grinding, which is annoying early in the morning.
