I bought this as a gift for my son who drives an older BMW, hoping it would fix his car troubles. Before installing it, the engine was rough and unreliable, often stalling at stops. After swapping it out, the performance improved noticeably—it starts up easier and idles better. However, I'm a bit disappointed that it hasn't made everything perfect; there might be other underlying issues. For the price, it's a decent part, but I expected a bit more based on the description. It could be wrong, but I think it's worth a try if you're in a pinch.
- Pros: It fit perfectly as a direct replacement for the original part, which made installation quite straightforward. After putting it in, the engine ran much smoother, with no more of the previous stuttering issues.
- Cons: It didn't completely resolve all the engine problems I was having; there's still a minor hesitation at times. The packaging could be better to prevent any potential damage during shipping.
