Decision:

I bought this on an impulse after seeing it online, and I've been using it for a couple of weeks now. As someone who enjoys fishing but isn't an expert, this has made a big difference. I remember one early morning on the lake—it was still dark and misty, and this little float was the only thing lighting up the water. When a fish even thought about the bait, the light changed, and I knew to get ready. It's like having an extra sense down there. I'm not great with tech, but this was easy to figure out; just turn it on and it works. It's durable too—I've dropped it a few times, and it's fine. Sometimes it reacts to small waves or debris, which can be annoying, but overall, it's saved me from missing bites. I'd recommend it to anyone who fishes, especially if you're out at odd hours. It's a solid upgrade from the old floats I used before.

• Cons: It could be a bit too sensitive at times, picking up minor movements that aren't actual bites, which might lead to some false alarms. The price might feel a bit high for what it is, especially since I bought it on a whim without much research.
