so i got this lock for my kitchen cabinet because my husband and i are always misplacing keys, and with two little ones, we needed something simple, i installed it myself—took a bit of effort but got there, using it daily now, it's quite handy for quick access, but i've had moments where it didn't work instantly, maybe due to moisture, overall, it does the job but could be better, not a total game-changer but decent for the price
- Pros: i love how easy it is to use without keys, no more losing them or digging through my purse, the touch part works smoothly and feels modern, it fits on my pantry door perfectly for keeping snacks safe from the kids, the security seems strong, and i feel more at ease knowing it's digital and not easy to guess
- Cons: it took some fiddling to get it set up right, the instructions weren't super clear, and sometimes it doesn't respond quickly if my hands are a bit wet from cooking, also, i worry about the battery life or if it might fail and lock me out, not the most reliable feeling
