as a brand loyalist, i've been using this scooter for a couple of weeks now, and it's been very reliable for my commute in san antonio. i work as an smm specialist, so getting around quickly is key, and this handles it well. the speed is great, hitting the max without any issues, and the range covers my needs without needing a charge during the day. folding it is a breeze, making it easy to bring into places or on public transport. the dual braking system works fine overall, but i had a few moments where it felt overly responsive. the tires do a decent job with most bumps, but on some cracked sidewalks, it's not as comfy. the lights are bright and help me stay visible, which i appreciate. using the app to tweak settings is a nice touch, adding a bit of tech fun to my ride. build quality feels solid, and the warranty gives me peace of mind. overall, it's a very good scooter that makes my daily routine better, and i'd recommend it to others looking for a fun and practical way to get around :)
