As a brand loyalist, I expected more from Roinside based on their reputation. I bought this scooter thinking it would be perfect for my daily errands and capturing photos around Cardiff, but the reality is a bit mixed. It handles well on flat surfaces and the folding feature is a lifesaver for storage, but I struggle with inclines, and the app connectivity feels unnecessary and clunky. The safety features are reassuring, though, and it's generally a decent ride for casual use. I'd recommend it with some reservations, especially for older beginners like myself.
- Pros: I like how easy it is to fold up and carry around—it's light as a feather, which is great for my small flat. The battery lasts a good while, so I can go for long rides without worrying about charging, and it feels very safe with the reliable stopping power.
- Cons: From what I feel, it's not as powerful as I hoped for getting up hills, and the companion app is a bit confusing for someone like me who's not tech-savvy. The range can drop if I push it too hard, which is a bit disappointing.
