so, bottom line, i bought this heater from comfort zone hoping it would be a good solution for my denver winters, and it's mostly fine. as an engineer, i appreciate the simple design and safety aspects, but it's not perfect. it does what it says—keeps me warm without making noise—but it's not very efficient or powerful. for the price, it's acceptable, but i might look for something better next time. packaging was intact when it arrived, no issues there. overall, it's a decent option if you're on a tight budget and need something basic.
- Pros: it's quite silent, which is great for sleeping or working without any noise distractions. i like that it has multiple heat levels and a temperature control, so i can set it just right for my room. the safety features, like turning off if it tips over or gets too hot, make me feel secure using it. it's easy to move around on wheels, and its size doesn't take up much space, fitting well in my apartment.
- Cons: it doesn't heat up very quickly, so it takes a while to feel the warmth, which can be a bit frustrating on cold mornings. the heat output is okay for smaller areas but might not be enough for larger rooms, as it struggles a bit in my living space. the build feels a bit cheap, and i'm not sure how long it will last with regular use. it uses a lot of electricity, which could add up on my bills.
