as a builder i appreciate things that work well and this heater does a decent job but it's not perfect i used it for a couple months now and it heats my space effectively but the thermostat issues are frustrating i have to fiddle with it constantly to keep the room comfortable which is a hassle the flame effect is a nice feature for ambiance especially when i don't need heat but the noise level can be distracting when i'm trying to relax or listen to music overall it's an okay product but i expected better from ez-heat given my loyalty to the brand it does what it says but with some drawbacks that make it just average
- Pros: i liked how it warms up a big room fast with its two heat levels and the fan that spreads the heat around evenly no more cold spots in my living room the flame effect looks real nice and adds a cozy touch even without the heat on which is great for saving energy by not heating the whole house it arrived on time and was easy to set up
- Cons: the thermostat is kinda annoying to adjust it doesn't hold the temperature steady as it seemed to me and it can get a bit noisy when the fan is on high also the design while classic feels a bit cheap and lightweight making it easy to knock over if you're not careful
