Decision:

As someone who's been loyal to this brand for years and enjoys gardening at home, I was excited to try this composter. I've been using it for over six months now, and while it does a decent job turning kitchen scraps into usable material for my plants, I can't help but feel a bit let down. It works well for the most part, keeping things odor-free and operating quietly, which is great for our small kitchen. However, the size isn't ideal for our family of three; we generate more waste than it can handle in one go, so I find myself emptying it more often than I'd like. The delay in delivery was frustrating, and though the composter itself functions, it hasn't lived up to all my expectations. It's a helpful tool, but not perfect, and I'd recommend it with some reservations for others in a similar situation.

• Pros: I appreciate how this composter keeps odors at bay with its built-in filter, and it's incredibly quiet, barely making a sound even when running. The simple controls and clear lid make it easy to use and monitor, and I like that it has different settings for various composting needs. Cleaning is straightforward since the inner part can be removed and washed in the dishwasher, which saves a lot of hassle.
• Cons: The delivery was delayed a bit, which was disappointing, and the capacity seems a bit small for our household's daily waste, requiring more frequent emptying than I'd prefer. It also takes up more counter space than I expected, and the filter replacement reminder comes on too often, adding to the ongoing costs.
