As a software dev I'm naturally skeptical about gadgets that promise the world so when I got this Prisma watch I expected it to be another overhyped piece of tech but reality hit slow at first it took a while to set up and sync with my phone and the initial health metrics felt vague like it was just guessing but after a few days of use I started seeing some quick wins the heart rate tracking during my rides was surprisingly spot on matching what I feel in my chest and the ability to chat from my wrist without fumbling for my phone is a game changer for my scooter trips around Sheffield however the advanced health features are where it falls short I mean tracking uric acid from a watch come on it feels too gimmicky and the data doesn't align with what I'd expect from proper medical devices from what I feel it's great for basics but don't rely on it for serious health insights overall it's a solid daily driver that blends style and function well enough for my needs but it's not the miracle worker it claims to be
- Pros: The design is sleek and it feels light on my wrist not bulky like some others I tried the battery lasts all day even with heavy use which is a huge plus for my cycling commutes and the call feature means I can leave my phone in my bag and still take calls hands-free super convenient when Im on the move
