i was having trouble with my electric scooter feeling sluggish and not keeping up on hills, so i impulsively bought this kit hoping for a quick fix. after getting it, the power increase was amazing—it felt like a whole new ride, and i loved how clear the display was for making adjustments. but setting it up took way longer than i thought, and i ran into some hiccups with the wiring that the instructions didn't cover well. overall, it solved my speed problem, but the hassle left me a bit disappointed. i'd say it's a 3 out of 5; good for the boost, but not as smooth as i hoped.
- Pros: the power boost was incredibly noticeable, making my rides much more thrilling, and the display was bright and easy to read even in direct sunlight, which helped a lot with adjusting settings on the go
- Cons: the installation, as it seemed to me, was trickier than expected despite the guide, and i had some issues with compatibility that weren't fully clear upfront, which made the process a bit frustrating
