i had a problem with my old shoes where my feet would slide around and get tired fast, especially on overhangs. these mad rock shoes solved it with their snug fit and sticky sole – now i feel quite secure and can climb longer without fatigue. compared to what i used before, these are a big step up. my takeaway is they're reliable for both indoor and outdoor climbs, and i'd recommend them to any serious climber.
- Pros: the shape really helps on steep walls, keeping my feet locked in without slipping. the grip is amazing, even on tiny holds, and they breathe well so my feet don't overheat during long sessions.
- Cons: from what I feel, they run a bit warm at first, and the fit might be too tight for some, but it breaks in over time.
