Log Dc12-24V Door Switch with Infrared Proximity Sensor: Infrared proximity sensor for automatic operation

Door Switch with Infrared Proximity Sensor — Ceiling Fan Wall Controls, Log
You'd think a smart door switch would be some complex, app-connected gadget. In reality, this one keeps it brilliantly simple. It's a no-nonsense device that automates lighting in enclosed spaces—think wine cellars, wardrobes, or cabinets—using an infrared proximity sensor. Open the door, lights snap on; close it, they click off. No more fumbling for switches or wasting energy on forgotten lights. But it's not just set-and-forget. There's a dual touch switch for manual override, so you can take control if the mood strikes. A subtle LED indicator gives you a visual heads-up on its status, because who doesn't love a little feedback? It runs on 12-24V DC, making it a fit for low-voltage setups, and its sleek white design won't clash with your minimalist aesthetic. Perfect for cutting down on energy bills and adding a touch of modern convenience, whether at home or in a commercial space.

Decision:

as someone who's into keeping things efficient and healthy, i did a lot of research before buying this, and it's been a great fit. it saves energy by turning lights off automatically, which cuts down on waste, and it's perfect for small spaces. not having to mess with apps is actually a plus for me—it's straightforward and does its job well. i'd recommend it for anyone looking to automate lighting without complications :)

  • Pros: i love how this thing just works without any fuss—open the door and the lights come on instantly, which is super convenient for my closet and pantry. the manual switch is awesome for when i want to keep the lights on, and the little light that shows it's active is a nice touch. it blends in with my white cabinets and seems really reliable so far.
  • Cons: the only downside is that it needs a specific power setup, which might not be for everyone, and it doesn't connect to any apps or smart home stuff, so it's pretty basic. sometimes it seems a bit sensitive or not, but overall it's minor.
