The courier called ahead for delivery, which was very considerate and made it easy to receive. However, getting everything set up took some patience; it's not exactly grandma-proof, but once it's working, it deos the job. The material feels tough, and the extra battery life is handy for my longer outings. Overall, it's a decent product with some clever ideas, but it could be more user-friendly.
