as an older lady in atlanta, i got this vestidos thermostat hoping it'd make life easier, but it is what it is—some days it's great, others not so much. i use it for my small home, and it does save on my heating bills, which is a plus. a tip i learned: keep it away from drafts to help it read the temperature better. i ride my scooter a lot, so being able to adjust things from afar is nice, but honestly, it seems like overkill. it's reliable most of the time, but i'm cautious with new gadgets. not sure i'd buy it again, but it does the job.
- Pros: i like that i can change the temperature from my phone when i'm out, which is handy since i forget sometimes. the screen is easy to touch and responds well, and it seems to keep the house at just the right warmth without me doing much.
- Cons: it feels too fancy for what i need, and the voice thing doesn't always work right, which is frustrating. setting it up took a while and was confusing, and it seems a bit pricey for my budget.
