i bought this thinking it would be a great way to display family photos, especially since i'm into cooking and wanted something for the kitchen. as a healthcare worker with a busy schedule, i need things that just work, but this frame has been a headache. after using it for a couple of weeks, it started acting up—photos don't always load, and the touch screen gets unresponsive. it's frustrating because i expected better from a brand like konnwei. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for reliability.
- Pros: it works out of the box, which was a relief. the screen is responsive and bright, making photos look sharp. i like that i can send pictures wirelessly without any hassle, and it's easy for my kid to use too.
- Cons: from what i feel, the frame is extremely disappointing because it doesn't hold up well over time. the connection drops often, and the build feels cheap, not worth the high price. it's a letdown for someone who researched carefully.
