My first impression was that it looked promising, but after using it for a couple of months, I'm not entirely happy. I picked it up from the store, which was easy, but getting it installed on my car's engine took some effort and felt frustrating. It does its main job well—showing the engine speed accurately—but the additional functions are just extra clutter that I don't really need. As someone who researches things thoroughly before buying, I expected more from Delicate-Y based on the description. It's functional, but not the game-changer I hoped for, and I find myself using it less than I thought I would. For the price, it's okay, but I wouldn't call it a must-have.
- Pros: From what I feel, the display is very clear and easy to read, which is great for keeping an eye on how fast the engine is running. I liked that it can track the total time the engine has been used and even log that information automatically, making it handy for maintenance. It works with all sorts of engines, from my car to smaller things around the house, which is kinda convenient.
- Cons: It's kinda annoying that the setup was a bit tricky; I had to fiddle with it more than expected to get it working right. The extra features, like the speed timer, feel a bit unnecessary and just add to the complexity without much benefit in my daily use. Also, the build quality seems a bit flimsy, which makes me worry about its durability over time.
