before i got this, i was always guessing temperatures when working on my car or cooking, and it was a hassle. now, with this thing, i just stick the probe in and get the exact number right away. it's made everything so much easier and more precise. i've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it feels like a reliable tool that just works without any fuss. as it seemed to me, it's fairly straightforward and does exactly what it says. :)
