As a mom in New York trying to keep the family healthy this scale had so much promise but it's been a letdown. I bought it hoping for accurate data to help with our fitness goals but it often gives different readings back to back which makes me doubt it. The app connectivity is spotty and I've had to reset it multiple times just to get it to work. On the plus side the design is sturdy and the platform is wide enough for comfort but the core features just don't deliver consistently. It's okay for basic weight checks but for the detailed stuff it's not trustworthy. I wanted to love it but it's just average at best 😕.
- Pros: I really liked how it measures so many things beyond just weight like body fat and muscle mass which is great for tracking health over time. The voice feature is a nice touch especially in the morning when I'm not fully awake and the big screen makes it easy to read. It connects to my phone without any hassle and stores data for the whole family which is super convenient.
- Cons: BUT it seems extremely finicky with the app sometimes not syncing properly and the measurements can be inconsistent which is frustrating. The voice can be a bit loud and annoying and it doesn't work well with all my other health apps as promised. For the price I expected more reliability and better integration honestly.
