Before I got this night light I was using a basic lamp that was just too bright and harsh for nighttime it made the room feel sterile and not relaxing at all but after switching to this capybara thing the whole vibe changed its very soft to the touch and the dimmable light is perfect for creating a calm atmosphere I use it in my bedroom since I dont have kids and it helps me wind down after a long day the touch sensor works well most of the time though it can be a bit sensitive and cycle through colors when you dont mean to I like that its rechargeable assembly is a breeze just plug it in and go but I wish the brightness had a wider range sometimes its not enough to fully light up a room overall its a solid choice for adding a bit of fun and comfort to any space and I most likely recommend it for others looking for something similar
- Pros: The silicone is very soft and huggable making it feel safe and cozy the touch controls are simple and responsive so changing colors or brightness is easy and its rechargeable via USB which is super convenient no need to fuss with batteries
- Cons: The light might be a bit too dim on the lowest setting for some situations and the color options while fun can feel a bit excessive or gimmicky after a while also the silicone picks up dust and lint easily which is annoying to clean
