i got this as a gift for my wife since we have a kid and our old vacuum wasnt cutting it the courier called ahead which was nice for delivery setup was easy even for a beginner like me it picks up everything from carpets to hard floors without me doing much and the light shows all the hidden grime which is kinda horrifying but helpful switching to handheld is simple for stairs or ceiling corners but i feel it could be lighter for longer use the screen is cool but maybe overkill the warranty is reassuring though overall its pretty good for cleaning but not perfect i might recommend it if you have the money but im cautious because of the cost and weight
- Pros: the suction is super strong and it changes automatically for different floors which is pretty good the light helps me see all the dirt i was missing before and it's easy to switch to a handheld for small jobs the screen shows me what's going on and dyson support seems reliable
- Cons: it could be wrong but it feels a bit heavy after a while and the battery life might not last for my whole house the price is high and i wish it came with more tools for the handheld part the app thing is nice but not necessary for me
