As someone who's always on the go for work, I picked this up on a whim because my old controller was acting up. Store pickup was convenient, no issues there. It does make accessing car features easier, and it looks sleek, matching the interior well. But honestly, I'm a bit disappointed—it doesn't always register touches properly, and I've had a few moments where it didn't respond at all, which is NOT ideal when you're trying to focus on the road. It's an upgrade in some ways, but it falls short of being perfect. I'd say it's decent, but not amazing. 👎
- Pros: It fits perfectly into my Mercedes, just like the original part, and the materials feel solid and durable. Installation was a breeze, took me no time at all, which was a relief.
