Before I got this I was using a smaller cheaper maker that couldnt keep up with the morning rush coffee would get cold fast and I was always worried about it breaking down Now with this SYBO urn everything changed It brews so much coffee quickly and holds the temperature perfectly no more lukewarm disappointments The build feels solid like it will last for years and I love not needing paper filters anymore it cuts down on waste and cost Setup was straightforward just fill it up and let it do its thing It does take some time to heat initially but once its hot it stays that way all day I use it every morning and it hasnt let me down yet The markings on the side help me measure the coffee right every time which is a nice touch Overall its made my life easier and my customers happier : ) I could be wrong but I think its a solid investment for anyone in the biz
