I bought this a couple of months ago, thinking it would solve my car mess problems after my kids left crumbs everywhere. The courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice. At first, I was impressed—no cords to deal with, and it's light as they said. I've used it mostly for quick spills and dust on surfaces, and it does a decent job. But for anything more than surface level, it falls short. The battery drains faster than expected, so I have to recharge it often if I'm doing a full car clean. It could be wrong, but I expected better performance for something marketed as powerful. Manuals were okay to follow, but I wish it had more oomph. Overall, it's useful for small tasks, but I'm disappointed it doesn't live up to the hype for tougher jobs.
