before this, i was using the stock band that came with my watch—it was always itchy and made my wrist sweat like crazy, especially in the phoenix heat. after switching, there's a noticeable improvement; it's lighter and less irritating, and i appreciate how it blends with both my gym clothes and office attire. but honestly, it didn't wow me. it's functional and does the job, but i expected better breathability and a sturdier feel. for the cost, it's an okay upgrade, but i'm not blown away. it most likely suits someone who wants a simple change without high expectations.
- Pros: it's fairly comfortable for all-day wear, especially in the heat, and the two-tone look grew on me as a subtle upgrade. swapping it out was quick and easy, no fuss at all, and it held up well during my workouts without any issues.
- Cons: the material still feels a bit cheap and doesn't breathe as much as i hoped, leading to some sweat and discomfort after long hours. the durability is questionable for intense use, and it might not last as long as i'd like given the price.
