As a brand loyalist I had high hopes for these but they fell a bit short for me 😕 I bought them to solve my problem of earbuds cutting out during my favorite songs and commutes and the stable connection really delivered on that no issues there which was a relief The touch screen is a nice touch super easy to skip tracks or adjust volume without fumbling which is handy when I'm multitasking with the kids or at work But the sound just doesn't wow me it's decent but not amazing and for the price I expected better I use them for listening to music and watching videos and it's fine but not great The microphone is okay for calls but not crystal clear as it seemed to me and the comfort could be improved after wearing them for a while Overall they're a mixed bag solved my main issue but didn't fully meet my expectations for quality and comfort
- Pros: The connection is super stable no dropouts even when I'm moving around which is great for my busy days with the kids 🎧 The touch screen is super convenient lets me control everything without grabbing my phone and the design looks sleek and professional perfect for work or outings
- Cons: The sound quality is just okay not as rich or clear as I hoped especially for music and videos which is a letdown for someone who loves media 🎶 The microphone works fine but sometimes people say I sound a bit muffled on calls and the fit isn't super comfortable for long periods can feel a bit loose
