i just got this a couple weeks ago, and it's been handy for controlling my tv. as a deal hunter, i like that it was affordable and does what it should. i use it daily with my family, and the kids can even use the voice part, though it messes up sometimes. for diy stuff, it's straightforward—no repairs needed yet. overall, it's a good upgrade from the old remote, but i wish it was a bit sturdier.
- Pros: i can say for sure, this remote is too easy to set up with my tv box, and the voice thing works well for finding shows without typing. it connects without any wires, which is nice, and it looks simple in black, not too flashy.
- Cons: it could be wrong, but sometimes the voice doesn't catch what i say if there's noise from the kids, and it feels a bit light, like it might not last too long with rough handling.
