Before we got this Crown Global lock, we had a basic key lock that was always a hassle, especially when someone lost their keys. Now, with this one, it's fairly convenient most of the time, but I'm disappointed because it doesn't always work smoothly. The packaging was intact when it arrived, and installation wasn't too hard, but I could be wrong about that. For my family, it's an upgrade, but not perfect. I expected it to be more seamless, you know? It does the job, but I didn't like the little issues that pop up. Maybe it'll get better with time, but for now, it's just okay. Not terrible, but not great either.
- Pros: I liked that it opens with my finger quickly, and I can also use a card or code if I forget. The app lets me check on things from my phone, which is handy when I'm not home. It feels sturdy and looks nice on the door, better than the old lock we had.
