As an impulsive buyer, I got this for my home bar area, thinking it would be perfect for entertaining, but the reality didn't fully match my expectations. I expected it to be quieter and more energy-efficient based on the description, but it hums a lot, which my pets sometimes startle at. On the plus side, it's very roomy and the adjustable shelves are a lifesaver for organizing different drink sizes.
