As someone without kids, I got this to monitor my home when I'm away at concerts or traveling. It's been extremely handy – I can check on things from my phone or the portable screen, and the night vision means I don't miss a thing after dark. The sound detection picks up even small noises, which is good for security, but it might be overkill for some. I appreciate the energy-saving feature; it helps with battery life. Overall, it does what it promises without fuss, and I'd recommend it to others looking for a reliable monitor.
- Pros: Extremely useful for keeping an eye on things from anywhere with the wireless screen. The night vision works great even in the dark, and it alerts me quickly to any sounds or movements. I like that I can talk through it to soothe without being there, and it saves power by only turning on when needed. The wide view covers everything with no missed spots, and the picture is clear enough to see details up close. Being able to stream and save videos is a nice bonus for later.
- Cons: Most likely the manuals are useless and confusing to set up at first. It can be a bit bulky to carry around compared to a phone, and the storage options might require extra purchases. Sometimes the alerts are too sensitive and go off for minor noises.
