As a driver in Halifax, I've been using this for a couple of months now, and overall, it's made a difference. I remember one evening when I was picking up my grandkids, and the improved lighting helped me spot a pothole I might have missed otherwise. It's not perfect—the dimmer issue is annoying at times, and I had to fiddle with it a bit to get it just right. But for the most part, it does what it says, and I appreciate that it hasn't given me any major troubles yet. If they could fix the responsiveness, it'd be even better. :)
- Pros: I found the installation fairly straightforward, and it fit right into my car without any fuss. The lights now illuminate the road much better than before, which is a big help during night drives. It seems durable and has a nice look to it, plus it works with various lighting setups I have.
- Cons: From what I feel, the dimmer switch could be a bit more responsive; sometimes it doesn't adjust as smoothly as I'd like. Also, while it handles fog well, I wish it had a bit more control for those really thick conditions. The price was a bit high for my budget, but I managed to get it on sale.
