i got this because my cat was ignoring her water bowl and getting dehydrated. the fountain solved that—she's drinking way more, and it's great not to worry about stale water. but after a couple of weeks, i noticed some parts feel cheap, and i'm not sure it'll last. it does what it promises, just with some drawbacks. overall, it's okay but not amazing.
