As a family buyer I was looking for a solution to keep things clean without hassle The problem was always germs from touching the trash lid This bin seemed like the answer but after using it for a couple of weeks it has its flaws The motion sensor is hit or miss sometimes it opens instantly other times I have to wave my hand a few times which defeats the purpose Batteries dont last long maybe a month with heavy use and that adds to the cost The capacity is decent for our needs but I expected better reliability For the price I paid it should work flawlessly and it doesnt always do that In the end it helps but not as much as I hoped I might look for something more dependable next time
- Pros: The motion sensor works incredibly well no more touching a dirty lid which is a huge plus for hygiene in my home The build feels solid and durable as it seemed to me and the size is just right for our kitchen corner no cords make it easy to place anywhere
- Cons: Batteries drain faster than I expected not ideal for long-term use and the sensor sometimes misses my hand which is frustrating for a product at this price It feels a bit overpriced for what it offers
