I bought this hoping it would make things easier around the house, especially with my pets tracking in dirt. As a sales manager, I appreciate efficiency, but this thing has let me down. The first time I used it, it worked fine, but now it's hit or miss. I mounted it in the bathroom, and my wife hates it because it doesn't always respond. It's supposed to be smart, but it feels dumb sometimes. I wanted something perfect, but this isn't it. Maybe it's just my unit, but I'm very disappointed. Not worth the hassle for a perfectionist like me. 😕
- Pros: It looks sleek on the wall and saves space, which is great for my cluttered counter. The sensing part works well most times, so I don't have to touch it and spread germs. Holds a lot of soap, so I don't refill it often, which is very convenient.
- Cons: From what I feel, it sometimes misses my hand and doesn't dispense soap, which is frustrating when I'm in a rush. The setup was a bit tricky, and it feels cheaply made, not what I expected for the price. Battery life could be better, as it drains faster than I'd like.
