i bought this as a gift for my wife, thinking it would make our bathroom cleaner and more hygienic. compared to the old manual dispenser we had, it's definitely an upgrade in terms of no-touch use, but it has its quirks. the first time i used it, i was impressed by how simple it was to set up—just stuck it on the wall and it was ready to go. but after a couple of weeks, i noticed that the soap output is really minimal; it's like it's designed to last forever, but it means you might need to wave multiple times to get enough soap. it works fine most of the time, but occasionally it misses my hand, which is frustrating. overall, it does the job, but it's not perfect. i'd say it's okay for the money, but if you're looking for something super reliable, you might want to consider other options. :)
