I bought this expecting it to be the ultimate solution for pet feeding, and reality has been mostly positive. It's quite relibale for daily use, and I appreciate not having to worry about meas when I'm tied up with work or family stuff. My kid even finds it fun to watch it dish out food. However, the heat issue is a concern; it doesn't affect performance yet, but I'm keeping an eye on it. Overall, it's a solid device that meets most of my needs, though I'd love to see improvements in heat management and portion accuracy. For now, it's doing the job well, and I'd recommend it with those caveats.
- Pros: I quite liked how it keeps the wet and dry food apart, so my pet's meals stay fresh and not umshy. It holds a good amount of food, which has been a lifesaver when I'm running late or need to step out, and it dispenses just one portion at a time to prevent overfeeding. Cleaning it is surprisingly easy, and it works well for both my cat and dog without any fuss.
